PC Status showing online but not at Hertz location

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue as I've been experiencing recently. I'm a President circle member and have been for 3 years at least BUT recently when turning up at the Hertz location I have not appeared as Gold at all or I'm appearing as higher Gold ... which I assume is a level down from PC. Anyone else had this? I make all my reservations the same way, logged in, I can see them all when I login so very strange ...
