Thanks for your feedback. What kind of food and beverages were there?

No food/snacks. Juices and water in a hotel sized fridge.

Wait! I went to the IASS lounge, doh! That's the lounge the link in the OP points to; didn't realize that the Plumeria Lounge in the interislans terminal also accepts PP. Shoot, could have certainly used it during my layover to LIH.

Whoa. When I (OP) put up the link, something got lost in translation. Sorry.

Hope this works, and and continue to work.

And this was my upthread review of same:

I was really pleased to see this development, because the other (and only PP) lounge for quite some time is the most pathetic airline lounge I have ever been in, anywhere, during my past 25+ years of visiting airline lounges. In fact, the other one is so bad that I preferred to just get a beverage and sit out in the garden, before the entire place got torn up for construction.

Review of the Plumeria Lounge

I just had a chance to try the Plumeria Lounge, and will share my observations:

On arrival at the lounge, the attendant asked how long we planned on staying.

Wine offering included a pinot grigio and and a merlot. Never heard of the brand, but a wine searcher app revealed that they were $9.99 wines. The red was drinkable, but we did not try the white. The beer was a Maui Bikini Blonde.

Food included egg salad and egg/ham finger sandwiches, as well as meatballs. Only tried the egg salad sandwich, which was OK. Other food options included some candy, cookies, and cup-of-noodles.

There are sodas and a coffee/espresso machine. Separate and large bathrooms for men and women.

A pretty nice environment to hang out for a flight, especially if you and your guests get free access. Is it an LH F lounge, not a chance. Is the food and beverage as good as a UA option? Not really. But if you are flying out of the Interisland terminal, the lounge is a good deal.

I'll try to post pictures when I get a chance.

Had a similar experience. Visited for about 30 minutes after arriving early afternoon from the West Coast. There was ample seating, not many people at all. There were a few snack/lunch type items as well as fruit snacks, granola, bars, etc. if you have kids.

Because its essentially one big room, I don't know that I'd feel comfortable bringing young kids in with me as the environment was very quiet, and there's no separate kids room like other lounges sometimes offer.

Overall, I think its a step above most United Clubs with regards to complimentary food, but certainly below the Centurion lounges. For a domestic lounge though, its not bad at all.

Tried using the lounge about an hour ago, but there was a long line of people each of whom were holding their PP cards. Since we were just awaiting our luggage, we gave up and left.

That's unfortunate I was hoping that it'd stay relatively calm and uncrowded.

Is it possible to go through security at the inter island terminal for a non-Hawaiian mainland flight, use the Plumeria lounge, then walk to the main terminal? Also, if I have Priority Access, will I be able to use the Priority line at the inter island terminal? Thanks

Yes, anyone can use a valid boarding pass to enter either terminal's TSA screening area, and then use a terminal's facilities before walking between terminals airside.

the priority lane is signed for Hawaiian Air Pualani elite and Premier Club members. I doubt you'll get access with United Premier Access but that always depends on whose manning the line.
