Big Island Tours

My parents are going to be vacationing in Western Maui for a week with me and my husband's family in July, and I figured since they're coming all the way from St. Louis and will likely never return again, that they should see another one of the Islands. My husband and I love the BI very much and wanted to send them there for 2-3 nights before we meet up in Maui.

Can anyone recommend a tour operator with a package of some sort that covers 2-3 days of sightseeing? My parents are both fit, but I don't think that hiking on lava is for them.

I was just looking at Roberts Hawaii's site, and they have a circle-the-island-in-12-hours thing, but I want them to be able to take it slower and see more stuff, and not have to drive it themselves.

Robert's has a good variety of tours. Make sure it's an English speaking guide.

Also check www.tombarefoot.com for different activities. We LOVE the Fair Wind AM snorkel tours, at www.fair-wind.com One of the highest rated whale watch tours is run by http://www.ilovewhales.com/
