Ask me tomorrow.

Things are REALLY extra lush and green here - which could mean something, I suppose.

I just hope things improve by next Wednesday when I get there.

I suppose it's still dry on the West shore, but that would kind of defeat the purpose of staying walking distance from Poipu Beach.

Well, the good news is that since we're staying a month, it'll get better eventually. Oh, that's right, you're not staying a month.

Ah, problem #1... too little time, then Costco would be perfect

I still love to stop in and sample their poke and pick up stuff (I can eat a lot ) even in 5 days!

Costco is typically my first stop after picking up the rental car... except that I arrive on Thanksgiving this year so they will be closed... (but another thread )

The Star Market is gone. Something else is in that space - not sure what. I'll post something when I find out.

Their website doesn't say anything, so it's kind of confusing. Maybe they moved? But the sign is definitely down and replaced by something else.

I think the Star Markets in Hawaii are having troubles. I seem to remember the one in Kahala closed within the last few years. If they can't make a go of it in Kahala, well, they must really be in trouble.
