Hawaiian Credit card application
A couple of weeks ago we were on an interisland HA flight and they mentioned a special CC offer if you picked up the application from the FA. I lost the application I got from the FA. Is anyone flying HA in the near future and can get an application for me?

What is special about the application? If it's just the 50K spending bonus, you might try this method:
