Can "O" fares on HA Trans-Pac flights be credited to any other airline program?

"O" fares have never been creditable to other-airline programs for as long as I can remember. That bucket almost always contains the fares for special interisland promotions and other low-ball transpacific fares (ie. the $400RT JFK-HNL flights from last winter).
In fact, the earnings charts linked below also show no sight of "O" fares:

In fact, I love flying HA to HNL. Coming back, it's a bit difficult because you are LEAVING the islands -- might as well take one of the mainland carriers.
