My wife xferred some AMEX MR pts to her HA account and then she transferred those HA miles to my HA acct. I waited a couple months and xferred ALL my HA to Hh. YMMV of course.
The CSR did not mention a followup call or an email. It's been 1 1/2 weeks & the miles are gone from my HA acct. but have not shown up in my Hh acct. yet. Should happen in next 10-15 days I'd guess.

New transfer policy
I just noticed this new policy regarding transferring miles to HH:
March 1, 2014 & Beyond:
Starting at 10,000 miles,
in 10,000 increments
You can see it here: http://www.hawaiianairlines.com/hawa...ther-partners/

Following up on my post above, I now see another change that wasn't there before unless I am totally blind. Underneath the new terms I quoted above, it now says 1 HawaiianMile equals 1.5 Hilton HHonors points rather than 1 HA = 2 HH.

That is correct. That change was always expected following the Virgin Atlantic change. Hope I can find some flights with the HA miles now.

I also noticed the change on the website while I was on the phone to transfer my miles.... after about 10 days the points showed up in my HH account in a 1:2 ratio. Go figure.

Darn this was the last airline to offer 2 HH right? I just got the HA card. I had the same luck with VS. Got their card and the ratio changed.

I know, its not the best Thread to ask this, but what would you suggest, if I was in need of 60k HA Miles and there was no chance in transferring Amex-Points, as HA is no Partner in the German Programe?
Like: Whats the quickest, best and easiest way, to accumulate these miles? Or, maybe, there is no chance in getting them if one is europe-based?

I just moved points from Hawaiian Airlines to Hilton. I had to call to initiate the transfer. It took 5 calendar days. I asked on January 14 and the points are in my account today, January 19.
