I work for a non-profit organization that travels to a lot of distant places all over the world. We have sites in 12 different countries around the world that we travel to and from regularly.
Is there a way to buy, say, a lot of 50 tickets to Rwanda at the beginning of the year and then use them as we need throughout the year?
I was thinking something like a book of vouchers that would be good for one flight on a specific airline to a specific destination but without restrictions on the person travelling or the dates?
Currently we just buy through online sites but we tend to not know about travel until a few weeks before so the tickets are VERY expensive.
Other ideas on how to consolidate travel expenses that gives us the flexibility to change passengers and dates but is still cheaper than buying one-by-one?
