Ticket Vouchers?

Hi everyone,

I work for a non-profit organization that travels to a lot of distant places all over the world. We have sites in 12 different countries around the world that we travel to and from regularly.

Is there a way to buy, say, a lot of 50 tickets to Rwanda at the beginning of the year and then use them as we need throughout the year?

I was thinking something like a book of vouchers that would be good for one flight on a specific airline to a specific destination but without restrictions on the person travelling or the dates?

Currently we just buy through online sites but we tend to not know about travel until a few weeks before so the tickets are VERY expensive.

Other ideas on how to consolidate travel expenses that gives us the flexibility to change passengers and dates but is still cheaper than buying one-by-one?

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but AA has their AApass program. It is really prepaying for flights on AA at a price that is lower than their last minute fares, but probably a bit higher than their most discounted as well.

I do believe it is very useful for those who have lots of last minute travel plans. And per the website, it looks like they have a "company" version that may be usable by any employee of that company.
