Any suggestions on whether Four Points or Sheraton are better located in Panama City in regard to the proximity to nightlife, restaurants, sightseeing?

I know nothing about the gay life but a good place to stay is the Torres De Albas suites, reasonable rates and very close to good food and casinos!

I noticed that no one write about Panama, beside that it is a great destination, not only for Canal or its ecological activities in the center of country, gay life is very safe,fun and interesting. Even the hotels cooperate with a visitor and your safety.Hotel will ask ID to the visitor and ask if you are agree getting this visitor to your room. Then visitor is escorted to the floor, then when the visitor left the front desk call you if everything is ok, to release their ID documents. . I felt like everything was taking care off specially my safety. I love the people very fun every speak English, Spanish, and Indian dialects. You use the dollars all over the country. There are plenty of good diskis (discotheques) and very nice friendly faces. If you have a partner and you want some romace in the middle of nowhere try Chiriqui.
