I'm pleased you've made my acquaintance.
Same old story..posting and lurking a bit here, but haven't paid much attention to this corner of the board. Like stria on the previous page, I too won a trip on a game show (but to Australia, not Italy)...and it was (*HOLY CRAP! ) 21 years ago. It wasn't my first international trip, but it was my only trip on a 747SP.
As my name indicates (if you're not postally challenged) I live in Seattle, where I work for the government. Its a nice stable job, the health benefits suck, but with more than 15 years of service, I get 26 days off per year, plus holidays. Time to start doing some mileage runs to peer into corners of this country I've not explored too much.
Single, fun, also looking for mileage run co-conspirators.

Just found this thread.
Hi All, 34 year old Australian currently living in Jakarta Indonesia (The big durian).
Been living in Indonesia and Korea (briefly) for the past 3 years with my partner of 13 years. Both of us working as English teachers (Heaven help us).
When we fly, which is about 25 sectors a year, it's with the cheapest carrier going. But not Adam Air cause we don't feel that lucky.

I've been around, but here:
I'm 21, 3rd year student up in Ithaca, NY. Originally from Mill Valley, CA (San Francisco Bay), but I'll be living in Philly from August to December 2007 for an internship... I basically know nobody there, kinda scary. But I'm totally excited to get fat eating cheese steak sandwiches...

Hello from YYZ
Hi
Been on the board for awhile, but thought I would chime in. Mostly a lurker, but do add my 2 cents in once in a blue moon! Work in new media / internet industry, mostly in the NGO sector as of late. Travel for a mix of pleasure and business -- looking forward to UA in C-class to NZ in November =)

Hello Everybody,
I guess it is time to formally introduce myself to coincide with a critical juncture in my life:
My Possible "New" Life in Hong Kong as a Homosexual
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=711844
Homosexuality in the Hong Kong Workplace
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=727062
My business is not turning out as I have expected it would turn out to be; I am looking for greener pastures.
Peace

Hello!
I love traveling and airplanes so much that I took a job (for one year!) as a reservationist at an airline. Well, that was a shade less than 20 years ago...(my job and responsibilities have changed often but the airline remains the same).
Age: 43
Status: Partnered
Gender: Male
Location: NY
Work has me travelling quite a bit...good thing I still enjoy it...but I find that cruising is even better.

Hey Everyone,
I actually joined FlyerTalk about a month ago but am just now finding the GLBT forum (mostly been looking around the Star Alliance Forum). I am a 23 year old male living in the Charlotte, NC area currently job searching. It's nice to see a forum dedicated to GLBT travel and to talk with guys like yourself.
I look forward to talking to you all!
