"L" Rollcall

After reading pages and pages of Roll Call thread, I still wonder where all the Lesbians are. The ratio on FlyerTalk seems to be about 100:1.

I know that there are a few of us out there, so can I have a show of hands?

I used to DJ at a lesbian bar here in the San Jose area, so I was considered an honorary lesbian for a while.. ;-)

Sorry I'm not the real thing, but thanks for raising your hand -- it's nice to know there's at least one L among all us G's!!

:-)

I used to date a lesbian, now sometimes she gets all of her ex's together to go out, its me and a bunch of gorgous girls... that kinda makes me an honorary lesbian... we go to lesbian bars or CW bars...

I also haven't heard a word from our two T's in months and months!

I don't know if we ever had any B's take up a home here.

There are B's in here, you can notice what they said. Coincidentally, their username happened to start with B too.

And Comicwoman, you can probably go to OMNI, transform some straight men into L by putting drag on them, I think they would love it.

Aren't we a helpful bunch.?

back at you!

I am not having much luck here or on another thread trying to do a dinner in MSP (ok, one response there).

Do I have to be a troll, start a flame war, or post about gay marriage to get any responses on FT?

I'm not an L but I may be tempted to come to MSP for dinner. I used to live there and still have a soft spot in that city. (I can't even claim to have an L as a good friend, cause I don't really know any)

ML, my MSP post was to organize a local MSP dinner, not a Do, nor a Gayla. Though it is spring here in MSP compared to Canada.

Comicwoman,

Perhaps you need to offer freebies from your employer to get people there...

Wendy, honey, I realize you want to have a nice dinner in MSP. But you have to realize...it's cold and boring there. Besides, hub cities seldom do well. They're usually in places nobody wants to be. Especially if you're NW.

I have a better idea. Why don't you come to Spain? It's warm and exciting. We'll do a dinner here and everyone will be happy! You know you need the miles!

Wendy, have a meal in MSP in civilized weather, and this straight woman will try to bring some of our mutual FT women friends. You are worth visiting!

BTW, I thought of you in HKG this past weekend, both on seeing GK and Mr. GK's furniture, and on seeing the mega-store in Kowloon.

Apparently there are not too many queer women on these pages! I suppose I'm one more a bi fem from Atlanta. Wonder what the M/F ratio is on Flyertalk generally.

I love to travel and do lots for my work but mostly around the southeast, I leave international travel for fun and hope to do a world trip in 3 years.
