For those who were asking about what Out on Bay, its started as a career oriented fair for GLBT young professionals that could network with recruiters. Usually had a finance bent to it (Bay St is Canada's Wall St) but many other professional programs are represented there now. Its catered to a 18-30 audience.
OOBS has now expanded to have monthly networking socials that rotate in different parts of the city (including the village) which are a good way to meet GLBT you may not meed in your traditional social circles. All ages are represented at the socials and not just geared towards youth.
