Chocolate shops in Munich

Anyone know of a high end shop with house-made chocolates in Munich? I'm already familiar with Confisirie Rottenhofer and Dallmayr.

I'm not 100% certain, but I feel like I remember seeing a high-end chocolatier in one of the buildings that faces the Viktualien Markt. Good luck.

I am pretty familiar with Munich but sorry, no other chocolate shop comes to my mind besides the two mentioned ones. I am sure that there are more but I just don't know them.

Wer Süßes mag, muss Chocolate & More erlebt haben. Denn das Schokoladenfachgeschäft am Viktualienmarkt bietet mehr als nur Schokolade

Thanks, but I'm not looking for a shop that carries brands made somewhere else. I'm looking for high-end housemade chocolates, preferably, one-off shops. The Franz shop looks very promising.

I am very fond of Kreutzkamm. http://www.kreutzkamm.de/

Make sure that you try their Baumkuchen - it's the best I've ever found.

And they ship overseas - I always order a large box of different things for Christmas.

I can recommend http://www.stolberg-muenchen.de/laden.html! The owner (Mr. Stolberg) is definitly the guy to talk to when it comes to chocolate. The shop is located in the very city center about 1 Min walk from the Hofbräuhaus in the Ledererstraße. Have a look at the website. For a map click on "Anfahrt".

Thanks for all the great suggestions. Unfortunately, I returned from my MUC trip before I saw them. However, my next trip will probably be in March and I can't wait to start my taste tests.
