Club Grazie - Venetian / Palazzo web site update

Club Grazie (the loyalty program for Venetian/Palazzo Las Vegas) has updated the club web access.

It now shows :
Status Points (with Casino and Hotel breakdown)
My Slot Rewards (Slot Credits, Gift Card and Cash Back)
Grazie Extravaganza Points
and Points to Next Level

Also, there is an Event Eligible list, with links to PDFs of the promos (which is still a bit quirky, as the previous event link - PDF system)

Some nice changes, now only if you could book your comp rooms and offers online.

Yeah, just noticed that too. Though my points balance for the year is now at zero . I'll give it a week or so to see if it updates before calling them.

Actually you could, or did anyway. I booked my most recent promo online. Was for a weekend. Gave me a confirmation code too. The booking showed they will charge me for one night but when I got to the confirmation page it showed a zero charge. However, I didn't trust the website so I called Venetian a couple of days later and sure enough the reservation was for one night instead of the whole weekend which what the promo was for.

Club Grazie is now called Grazie

Club Grazie is now called simply Grazie. Received the following email:

Dear kingalien,

As a loyal Club Grazie member we wanted you to be the first to know that Club Grazie will now be called Grazie.

Grazie is an exciting new way for you to earn more points and rewards, in less time, by having more fun. It's the thrill of a royal flush, the thunderous applause of a standing ovation, or a romantic weekend never leaving your suite.

Custom designed to fit your lifestyle, status is easily earned doing all the things you love to do when you're a guest of The Venetian or The Palazzo. Earn while you EAT, SLEEP, SHOP & PLAY. Get the point? You will.

Best of all, you're already a member so when the new look of Grazie's "Are You In?" campaign begins to appear, the only question left for you is "How fast can you get here?" Click here to log into your account and learn more.
Logged into my account but nothing different on the site yet. Visible difference is the general member card is now purple in color as opposed to red-orange previously.

Based on the email looks like you can earn points for any activity you do at the properties which is nothing new.

Check your Grazie account. They have updated accounts to include the number of Grazie points that can be used later in the year for the Grazie gifts redemption.

For kicks, you can see what other kinds of offers are out there, but not necessarily to you. Click on one of the MSO deals, and look at the URL.
(not working link; truncated)secure.venetian.com/Events/default.aspx?gc=CPMT44&id(not working link; truncated).
See where the CPMTxx is? Try changing the "44" to "00" or up to "77"

44 results in 2-4 nights suite, based on availability, $250 slots/table match, $50 food.
00 results in 2-4 nights Venetian Prima, Palazzo Siena, $1100 slots/table match, $200 food, limo.

Kinda amusing.

Amusing and scary at the same time. I wonder how much you have to lose to get the 00 offer

I'm guessing they really wouldn't even notice the $200 food credit. While someone like me, a lowly T6, would DEFINITELY notice something like that, and I'd tell all of my friends that they should head to the Palazzo too.

Well, the T4 offer with $250 freeplay and $100 food credit must've been from a trip where I had around $250-275 avg/bet x near 4 hours a night.

I've gotten a T3 offer with $450 freeplay and $100 food credit after my last trip, with a $575 avg/bet x around 3.5 hrs a night.

Awesome quick trick! Tried it, and I agree fun to check out the [other] tier offers.

Thanks for the info, gentlemanloser. ^^

Sign into your Grazie account. Then go look at the offers available to you. When you click on one of those, go to the address bar and look at the link. Then find the CPMTxx part of it, and change it to see the other offers.

Looks like my T6 status was very short lived. I lost a bunch in September, and I got the T6 offer for October. Unfortunately, I can't make it back that soon. The Nov/Dec offers are already back to T7. On the plus side, there isn't too much difference and I still get a free room.

It should be related to your theoretical loss (or daily theo), not how much you lost in a visit. I've been T6 the entire year, and haven't been @ Palazzo since April. My offers continue to be T6. As an aside, I seldom play very much when in Vegas, even less this past year. I guess though, it is 'consistently' light play.

Usually, marketing offers (which these are) are working on data from a few months ago. Conventional wisdom would predict a drop in [the level of] offers if your theo went down. (of course, conventional wisdom is not always consistent with what casino marketing will actually do )
