Palazzo comps based on gambling AND room charges?

Was in LV this week. Stayed at Encore. Happened to stroll through Palazzo on the way to dinner and saw ads for their rewards card that they say comps based on both your gambling and your room charges? Anyone have any experience with this? I spent way more at the spa than I did at the tables and would be intrigued if I could earn comps based on that.

Reward points in Grazie Club for charges to your room began not too long ago in response to similar program at Harrah's Total Rewards. Discussed here as well: Questions about Club Grazie (Venetian/Palazzo)
