Stacking (back-to-back) comp stays?

Hello,

I made reservations for a comped stay the last two nights in February at Mirage, Las Vegas. Today I received a mailer for a different promotion at the Mirage offering three comp nights from March until June. I can stay at other places in Vegas but I'd really like to stay at the same place the entire time I'm there. Do hotels generally allow this? Has anyone had success in securing back-to-back comp stays under different promo codes that would turn a two ot three-night stay into a four to six night stay? Thanks!

Most comp marketing offers stipulate that you need a break of 2-4 days between offers (I know that Venetian/Palazzo does this). Or, they say that there is a limit of the number of continuous comp days (Harrah's has been known to do this). I've had success with back to back @ Harrah's, but I knew I was breaking the rules, and was prepared just in case.

Probably three ways to approach :

(a) Full disclosure, call marketing and just ask or advise you would like to book a second offer (after your first).

(b) Just try to book the second offer, hoping that nobody connects the fact that you are already at the property (or one of the sister properties) --- and then, claim innocence if questioned at check in

(c) Use a host (preferably one who you have a relationship with) to book the additional offer, basically allowing for the "exception" if one is applicable in this scenario.

I've been getting 5 day comp offers lately. Since Vegas is hurting you can try to request a 5 day comp by calling. If they say no then consider what baccarat_king indicated.

I know I can extend anybody to five days on an offer with no question if they already have an offer. After that it is casino rate but if they play enough that will get comped also. If you have a host and play enough they can comp you almost any time other than crazy weekends ie-superbowl, new years stuff like that. If you play enough you would be invite to those events anyway.

Partner and I have Player's Club cards with MGM Mirage...we both play a fair amount and we booked 6 nights between XMAS and NYE at MGM under promo codes. We just called Casino Marketing and the agent put the first 3 nights under my card/promo and the next 3 nights under hers.
