guys - I got 10k points with my new mlife card. Can I apply those for the room upgrade charges

Points are for slot FreePlay.
If you have ExpressComps ($, not points) though, then I think you can use for room charges.

Yes, they can be used for essentially any mLife property charges (gratuities being the major exception).

No. OP is referring to mlife CC reward points, which can be converted to Express Comps.
