Mlife Mastercard - prevent comps from ever expiring?

I applied for this card primarily to get free parking at Las Vegas casinos (after locals had to start paying for parking at the end of 2016). It was instant approval online, and Pearl status was reflected on my online MLife account a few days later.

Hi All!
I've always gone to Las Vegas a lot, and was up at Mlife Gold and close to platinum for the longest time, but 1.5 years of not being able to get back has knocked me down to a Pearl, which is going to expire come September.
I'm hoping to get the Mlife CC to at least hold that status for the time being (and not pay for parking!), but I live in Canada and am wondering if there is a good way of doing that? I do have an American address that I'm at a good portion of the year, so wondering if that would work, or if I need to be an American citizen?
