In Caesars, LV, the diamond lounge can have huge lines for the two hours they serve hot food (chicken wings and another item)--especially if there is some special casino event. They even have a special 7* line.
In AC, they serve a full selection of hot items most of the day.
In AC there are two 7* lounges (Harrah's and Caesars)--I'm surprised there aren't any in LV.

+1 on the last part of this comment. As a general rule, tipping works in Vegas. For just about anything.

Just back from my Vegas trip: really liked the Harrah's Diamond Lounge, with its great staff and good food.

I've been told Cosmo is cracking down on this practice (note the post I am responding to is from 9 months ago). Last time I used my Platinum card to skip the line, one of the bellhops even had a suit by the outside desk verify my Platinum card, so it really seems they are trying to eliminate skipping the line for tips.

I've only visited the lounges in Caesars and Paris--the food (except for 2 hours, when they serve a few hot items), generally had ONLY snack stuff and salad. Is Harrah's DL different?

Harrahs dl is the same hours wise but they have more variety in their food day to day. I've had stuffed pasta shells one day, hot dogs the next, chili on another.

At caesars it seems to be the same thing everyday- wings and those mini taco like things.

Caesar's in LV has 7* lounge (open 24 hrs)

They always have watery rice.
Off hours, small sandwiches & fruit.
Mealtimes, entrees.

-----
MGM properties.
MGM Grand used to have food in Mansion/HL area. Didn't check on last visit.
Mirage HL food area now closed.

Where is the 7* Lounge in Caesars LV? I've been going there for many years and have not seen it.

Its a hard one to find. It is out past the check-in desk & down one of hallways from there. I don't remember all the details to get there but ask someone next time you are there an they will point you in the direction. It is very hard to find on your own as it is far away from the casino.

That sounds like the Diamond lounge. . . go past the front desk, turn left at the starbucks, turn right at Guy Savoy's and then it'll be on your right.

Forgive me if I'm wrong since I'm not Seven Stars, but according to Seven Stars Insider there are only three dedicated Seven Stars Lounges. Two are in Atlantic City and one in Hammond. The rest of the properties have Diamond lounges that Seven Stars also (obviously) have access to.

In general it seems the Diamond lounges in Vegas have less going on than most of the other Total Rewards properties. Probably because there are tons of other options available in Vegas. For instance, a couple of the nicest lounges I've been in are at Hammond and Cherokee and both places have zilch as far as restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

I did find the 7* lounge in Caesars Palace in LV.
(1)It is very small [4 or 5 tables with 6 seats/table}
(2)The food (some of it hot) pales when compared to what Caesars AC and Harrahs AC offer.
(3)The MAJOR plus that I found it is quiet! I was in their Diamond lounge, there was a basketball game on TVs, the noise due to cheering was annoying (to me).
(4)Based on its (small) size, IMHO, it might best to keep its location a "secret"--otherwise it will get too crowded.

Follow-up to my post above:
On Friday, 8/4/16 at about 9 am, I stopped into THE 7* Lounge in Caesars Palace:
(1)They no longer serve ANY drinks (coffee, tea, juice, alcoholic bev.)
(2)They had potato chips and mixed nuts [previously, sandwiches, hot oriental food and at dinner time more substantial food]
(3)There was NO ONE in the lounge

[QUOTE=nrr;15573088]The Diamond Lounges in LAS generally serve hot food from 4 pm-6 pm (nothing spectacular, chicken wings and one other item--compared to AC where you get much more extensive hot food as well as sandwiches all day, during opening hours.)
I vote for Caesars ONLY because they have 4 computers, very useful for accessing the internet and/or printing boarding passes, if you don't bring your own.

I usually pack my own printer when going to vegas
