Frontier newbie;
Have 40K miles;
Considering MIA-Seattle-MIA for (2) 20Kmi rt;
couldn't get clear answer by phone,
Is there way to get free layover Denver 3-4 nights
either coming or going...? thanks in advance!!!

It can be done for 20k miles each plus $65, since DEN-MIA tickets can be purchased for that amount.

No such thing as a layover. It's either a connection (<4 hours) or a stopover (4+ hours). You want a stopover and that means purchasing separate segments.
