Frontier applies for IAD-CUN, IAD/TTN-NAS
Frontier is requesting authority for three new international markets from the east coast:
Dulles-Cancun, up to 2x/week with A320
Dulles-Nassau, up to 3x/week with A320
Trenton-Nassau, up to 3x/week with A319

I don't think Nassau is a pre-clearance airport like many in Canada are, yes? In that case Trenton will have some customs work to do.

I've been looking forward to this for a long time - especially given Princeton's nominal associations with Nassau - Nassau Hall, "Old Nassau" (the song), Nassau Street and the Nassau Inn, etc

I believe pre-clearance destinations have to have a token customs presence. I read that Alaska tried to do YVR-SNA but couldnt because there was no customs. TTN does have customs for general aviation but I dont know if this is enough.

Well that was quick. Glad everything worked out. Guess they will start selling tickets soon. Any guesses on the intro price and then the everyday price? Starting at $99 for the intro. Starting at $149 for the everyday price. Its only 20sm further than FLL.

MKE-PVR
Frontier applied for MKE-PVR to operated as scheduled service up to 2x/week starting 12/26/14 with 168-seat A320. Undoubtedly this is in conjunction with package sales.

Has anybody heard (Jerseyguy, you seem to be the one most attuned to this stuff) when the additional renovations are going to be done at TTN? I think they were looking to move out the Administrative offices to a nearby office park and renovate that space for additional seating and concessions. Also, are there any plans for a second modular luggage retrieval building?

No word on when renovations will be, though its is badly needed. Airport admin has been moved to an office building across the street from the general aviation section. Frontier moved into a few of the offices to run their FA Base and their increased operations. A second baggage trailer is supposed to be installed but they hadnt done it as of 2 weeks ago (I thought it was supposed to happen back in Mid-June when the new cities started)
