How do you get hooked up with these miles i want to win miles i am trying to get my grandma from st paul to lax so that she can be with my aunty since grandpa just died
we dont want her to be alone so i am trying to get extra miles \

I've won 275,000 miles this year at FlyerTalk DOs - 250,000 miles at CO DO IV and 25,000 miles at the Delta DO.

SkyTeam777 has been getting quite jealous that I seem to have the Midas touch of late with winning miles at DOs...

Welcome to Flyertalk akgrl907! Winning miles is tough to do. I probably have entered thousands of contests but I've won only 50,000 UA miles and a Northwest ticket over the past 5 years. I would recommend checking out other forums like S.P.A.M., to try to earn miles from other sources. Check the credit card forums and if you use airline partners, e.g. hotels, rental cars, credit cards, check those forums also. Most people get miles from credit cards now, but I add to my account with rewardsnetwork, (formerly idine) and the many promotions the airlines have, example the Piles on the Miles that Northwest and Delta just finished.
