I just got notification that I won one of the trips that American Airlines had in the Click it to Paraidse contest. We'll be going to the Westin Diplomat in Florida for three nights.

I was notified last month that I won second prize in a contest: a signed Rhianna CD and 2 Cover girl products. lol. I didn't respond in time to claim them, though because the e-mail sounded like spam and I had to send all my information to reply and I couldn't call or anything. So I chose not to respond because I didn't want the stuff bad enough.... bad me!

I've won three things:

a ten pack of hubba bubba bubble gum

a Crash and Spyro Nintendo DS game

and what I wrote above...

I was a crew member at a stand for the American car club of Norway in Oslo. I was there when we did the draw (not a public one). It did have three skill based questions: One about a 1970 Corvette (which was at the stand), one about how old American car club of Norway was (turn question sheet around to find out) and one about which city in the united states Icelandair flies to. (three to choose from, toronto, boston and los angeles)
The first answer sheet answered Toronto on the Icelandair question - not a winner.
The second was my childhood best friend, he won a trip for two to America on Icelandair.

Arrived today, a Canon Powershot Digital Elph camera which retails for over $200. Accompanying letter said it was from Funjet Vacations Red Carpet Getaway. I was one of five people to win this second prize.

You know how we all love to hate ePrize? Not me. Not any more. I received an email from ePrize today telling me I had won a Lenovo IdeaPad V510 Notebook (one of 20 second prizes - ARV $949) from their IdeaPad Instant Win Game. Naturally I had just bought a new laptop a few months ago, but no doubt darling daughter can make use of this one!
