Four Grand Prizes of 3, 4, 7 or 10-day cruises for 2 onboard either a Carnival Cruise Lines, Princess Cruise Lines or Holland America Line cruise ship departing from and returning to a United States port.
CARNIVAL “Cruise-A-Nality” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to (i) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older and (ii) legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are of the age of majority in their province of residence.
How To Enter: During each of the Entry Periods, entrants must
(1) visit www.worldsleadingcruiselines.com (the “Sweepstakes Site”);
(2) complete the Cruise-A-Nality questionnaire; and
(sounds kinda Freudian to me)
(3) complete the online registration form provided at the end of the questionnaire as directed on the Sweepstakes Site.
Upon completing the registration form and clicking the “Submit” button, you will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day. Only initial Entry requires completing Cruise-A-Nality questionnaire. All subsequent Entries only require the entrant to enter his/her email address where indicated on the Sweepstakes Site.
For the purposes of this Sweepstakes a day ("Day") is defined as a calendar day beginning at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Automated Entries including but not limited to those that are submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service are not permitted and will be disqualified. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All Winners (defined below) must meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules in order to qualify for the prize.

Grand Prize (1): Each Winner will receive one (1) ocean view cabin for one (1) winner and one (1) travel guest (double occupancy accommodations) on a 3, 4, 7 or 10-day cruise onboard either a Carnival Cruise Lines, Princess Cruise Lines or Holland America Line cruise ship departing from and returning to a United States port. Winner’s travel guest must be over the age of 21. Prize consists of cruise fare only. Prize must be taken within one (1) year from awarding of the Prize or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor shall no further obligation to Winner.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Not valid for travel on sailings including Christmas and New Year’s. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and restrictions. Winner must notify Sponsor of desired dates of travel no later than thirty (30) days prior to the desired date of departure. Sponsor does not guarantee Prize will be available on the exact dates requested by Winner. Approximate Retail Value of one Prize: between $2,800.00 and $4,000.00. Actual value of Prize varies depending on cruise line, duration of the cruise and seasonal rates. Any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. All airfare, hotel, ground transportation, gratuities, taxes, fees and port expenses, excursions fees, alcoholic beverages and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth herein are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. No “Vacation Guarantee” or similar type offer shall apply to the Prize. All terms and conditions of the applicable cruise line’s Standard Ticket Contract of Passage, as well as any other rules, regulations and guidelines of the cruise line, shall be applicable to the Prize. Winner and travel guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (including but not limited to a valid passport or other document) required for travel. No cash redemptions. If prize is cancelled after ticketing of prize, for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be selected on each of the Drawing Dates indicated in the chart above. Each Potential Winner will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail.

Contest Ends On: 29 February 2015 (No… 2015 isn’t a leap year, however the person who wrote the rules seems to think it is. I’d count on 28 February 2015 being the correct end date.)
