Grand Prize is a trip for 2 to winner’s choice of Brazil, Puerto Rico, Texas Hill Country, Asia or Dubai including roundtrip airfare, and hotel accommodations.
TRAVELZOO “Prepare To Be Wowed” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: The Travelzoo Top 20 Deals Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.
How To Enter: To enter, visit www.Travelzoo.com/Sweepstakes (the “Website”), and follow the instructions to complete the entry form and sign-up to receive emails from the Sponsor (the “Online Entry”). Once the entry is submitted successfully, the entrant will have the opportunity to share the promotion via email.
Entry Limit: One (1) Entry per person per day regardless of whether entrant has more than one email address. For every new individual that enters the Sweepstakes by clicking through the shared link via Email, the referrer will receive one (1) additional bonus entry into the Sweepstakes (“Bonus Entry”). For each Bonus Entry the referrer will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes drawing.
Grand Prize: Five (5) Grand Prizes will be available to be won a trip for two (2), winner and one (1) guest to Brazil, Puerto Rico, Texas Hill Country, Asia or Dubai — your choice. Trip includes:
− Round-trip coach airfare for two (2), from a major airport nearest winner’s residence, as determined by the Sponsor.
− Up to five (5) days/four (4) nights hotel accommodation in a single room, double occupancy at a hotel determined by the Sponsor. Actual number of nights will be determined based on the location selected by the potential winner.
− Trip may not exceed $4,000. Trip must be booked by 2/28/15.
- Potential Grand Prize winner may accept a cash alternative of $4,000 USD.
- The maximum ARV of the Grand Prize is: $4,000.00 each. The total maximum ARV of all Grand Prizes is: $20,000.00
- The total maximum ARV of all prizes available to be won is: $20,000.00.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Wednesday, January 7, 2015 from among all eligible entries received, which will take place at the offices of US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Grand Prize winners will be confirmed via email and/or phone.

The rules don't accurately reflect how they actually constructed the entry form. The rules say
"To enter, visit www.Travelzoo.com/Sweepstakes (the “Website”), and follow the instructions to complete the entry form and sign-up to receive emails from the Sponsor (the “Online Entry”). Once the entry is submitted successfully, the entrant will have the opportunity to share the promotion via email."
but in order to enter, you are obligated to share with two friends.
Update: Also, I can't enter because it keeps saying my email address has not be registered on the site, even though I registered.
