CMT RADIO “Ring In The New Year In Nashville” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Notwithstanding the determined age requirement set forth above, it is strictly prohibited for anyone who does not meet the age requirement as of the date of entry to be allowed to participate in the Sweepstakes and no one under the age of thirteen (13) shall be permitted to enter any sweepstakes at any time, under any circumstances. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entry Limit: Entries limited to one (1) entry per participant during the Promotion Period.
Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same email address. Any attempt by a participant to acquire more than the stated number of entries by using numerous email addresses, registrations, identities, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited, and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Valid entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. Should multiple users of the same email account or mobile phone number, as applicable, enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the participant, the authorized account holder of said email account or mobile phone account at the time of entry will be considered the participant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address or mobile phone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, mobile service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses, mobile phone numbers or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive four (4) day / three (3) night trip for winner and one (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”) to Nashville, Tennessee (the “Event”).
IMPORTANT! Travel will take place December 31, 2014 – January 3, 2015 and is based on travel restrictions and blackout dates. Any other dates are not valid. If a Grand Prize winner is unavailable for travel on the designated date, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another Grand Prize winner in its sole discretion and if time permits. Exact travel dates and arrangements may be subject to availability whether specified or not.
The trip includes:
- Round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Coordinator) to the major airport nearest Nashville, TN;
- Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy);
- One (1) Music City Backstage Pass with Free Admission to over thirty (30) Nashville Attractions valid for the Attendees;
- Special viewing access for two (2) to the Jack Daniel’s Bash on Broadway featuring Lady Antebellum;
- One (1) Music City gift bag, and
- One (1) twenty-five dollar ($25.00) gift card for Music City Pizza
- (Approximate Retail Value: $2,500.00). Actual value of a Grand Prize may depend on city of departure, travel dates, and other factors.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about one (1) weekday after the end date of the Sweepstakes from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential winner(s) will be notified by telephone, mail, and/or email on or about three (3) weekdays after winner selection and will be given five (5) calendar days to confirm receipt of notification.
