The webinar is from 1-2pm EDT on Thursday, October 30th. If you can't make the webinar, you can sign up for a free visitors guide. No indication if that method gets you an entry into the sweepstakes. No official rules & no details of prize.
My guess is that the tours are hotel, excursions, but not airfare, based on the tours listed on the website. That's fine; not all trips posted in the sweeps forum include airfare.
It is a bit annoying that the only way to find out what the trip might be & how to win is to sign up for the webinar (although from their perspective, it's probably a good marketing tool).
