Grand Prize is a Delta Vacation for 4 persons to either New York City or San Diego, Calfornia including roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, 4 carryon suitcases and $300 spending money.
ATLANTIC LUGGAGE “Travelpro – New York or San Diego” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other United States territories, (the "Eligible Jurisdictions"), who are twenty-one (21) years of age and older as of the date of their entry.
How To Enter: Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants must visit http://www.AtlanticLuggage.com/fall-sweepstakes-2014/ (the "Promotional Site"), follow the instructions to complete all required information on the online registration form and then submit the form (hereinafter an "Entry"). Incomplete Entries will not be eligible.
Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Entry, per person, per day, throughout the Sweepstakes Period. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as 12:00:00 am ET – 11:59:59 pm ET. Entries received from any person, regardless of email address used, in excess of the above stated limitation, will be void.
Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a trip certificate, for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests, to either New York City or San Diego, CA.
The Grand Prize package trip certificate is valid for:
(a) round-trip economy air transportation valued at up to $450 per ticket (terms and conditions apply, see section 6 of the rules) for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests from a major U.S. airport serviced by Delta Air Lines near to the Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), to a major U.S. airport serviced by Delta Air Lines near New York City or San Diego, CA (as chosen by winner and determined by Sponsor);
(b) hotel accommodations at a participating Delta Vacations hotel in New York City or San Diego, CA (terms and conditions apply, see section 6 below) valued up to a total of $800;
(c) four (4) Atlantic® carry-on sized suitcases total value of $800; and
(d) $300 allowance to spend on their choice of Delta Vacations Tour or Activity packages.
- The ARV of the Grand Prize is three thousand seven hundred U.S. dollars ($3,700).
Winner Selection and Notification: On or before fifteen (15) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) grand prize random drawing (the "Grand Prize Drawing") will be performed, from among all eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period, in order to select one (1) potential grand prize winner. Sponsor or Administrator will attempt to notify the potential Grand Prize winner via phone and/or email, in accordance with the information provided upon registration, on or about forty-eight (48) hours after the Grand Prize Drawing.
