Grand Prize is a 7 day / 6 night VIP trip for 4 to attend the OHL Golf Classic at the Mayakoba Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico (November 11-17, 2014) including roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tournament passes and more.
TEMPUR-PEDIC “PGA Golf – Playa del Carmen, Mexico” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (“U.S.”) and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who are at least twenty one (21) years old as of date of entry.
How To Enter: Visit TempurPedicGolf.com (the "Web Site") during the Sweepstakes Period, and follow the instructions to enter your email address and complete and submit the registration form (the “Registration Form”) with your true and correct information in all required fields in order to receive one (1) entry in the Grand Prize Drawing.
NOTE: To participate and ensure web browser compatibility, you must have the latest version of a modern Internet browser including Internet Explorer 9+, or the latest version of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Opera, and JavaScript must be enabled within your browser preferences. Mobile browser compatibility includes default browsers on iOS and Android.
Entry Limit: You can enter the Sweepstakes once per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. On return visits, you can simply login with your email address to receive one (1) entry in the Grand Prize Drawing. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day is understood to begin at 12:00:00 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET that same day, except the first day of the Sweepstakes which will begin at 12:00:00 PM ET. LIMIT: One (1) entry per person and per email address per day for a maximum of thirty eight (38) entries throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a seven (7) day, six (6) night trip currently scheduled from 11/11/14-11/17/14 for winner and up to three (3) guests (who must each be twenty one (21) years of age or older) to the OHL Classic at the Mayakoba Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Trip consists of the following elements:
[a] round-trip coach class air transportation for up to four (4) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Cancun, Mexico;
[b] ground transportation to and from the (Cancun) airport and the Fairmont Mayakoba;
[c] standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms) for six (6) nights at the Fairmont Mayakoba;

[d] the Fairmont Mayakoba meal plan for winner and up to three (3) guests;
[e] a total of up to (4) four, (4) four-day Championship Tournament passes;
[f] the exclusive opportunity for the Grand Prize winner and a limit of one (1) guest to participate in:
1) the Pro-Am on 11/12/14 with a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame to be designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion (Winner and guest must each have a verified USGA handicap index of 26.0 or less to participate in the Pro-Am. If winner's and/or guest USGA handicap does not meet Pro-Am requirements, balance of prize will be awarded in full satisfaction of prize award)
and
2) a total of two (2), one (1)-day OHL Classic event Honorary Observer Passes for 11/15/14 ;
[g] a total of up to (4) four invitations to the OHL Classic Pairing Party on 11/11/14 and the Awards Dinner on 11/12/14;
[h] the exclusive opportunity for winner and up to three (3) guests to meet the 2014 OHL Classic Champion (exact nature, duration, location and all other matters surrounding meeting at Sponsor's sole discretion);
[i] $6,000 for Grand Prize winner only that may be exclusively used to purchase one (1)Tempur-Pedic mattress of winner's choice (if actual mattress expenses as approved by Sponsor are less than $6,000, the difference will not be awarded); and
[j] a check equal to that of the last PGA golfer in the OHL Classic to be awarded a cash prize in the Tournament as per the official results of the Tournament as sanctioned by the PGA, to be no less than $10,000 and no more than $15,000.
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize Package: up to $48,600. Actual trip value will vary depending on winner's city of departure and fare/rate fluctuations.
Winner Selection and Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 27, 2014 from among all eligible entries received for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions (along with those of Sponsor) will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The randomly selected potential Grand Prize winner will be required to answer the telephone call and/or respond to the email placed by Administrator notifying him/her of his/her potential winning status to be declared the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and the terms of these Official Rules. Messages will not be left on answering machines or with live persons. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to answer the telephone call or respond to the email placed by Administrator within twenty four (24) hours of issuance of notification or other time period determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion, such potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.
