Grand Prize is a 4 night trip for 2 to Milan, Italy including roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations and a dinner out.
THE CUT “Italian Getaway - Milan” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: "Italian Getaway" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry.
How To Enter: To enter, you must have a valid Facebook account. If you do not have a Facebook account, visit www.facebook.com and register for a free Facebook account in accordance with Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, visit www.facebook.com/cut/dolce and enter by submitting all of the requested information into the data capture form featured on the page.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Entry per person per day.
- Any person found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible to win. Multiple and duplicate Entries per day will be void. Entry must be made by the entrant. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, such Entry will be deemed ineligible in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive at 4 night trip to Milan, Italy including:
- Standard round trip coach airfare for two from nearest airport in winner’s hometown to Milan, Italy (ARV: $2,500);
- Standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for 4 nights (ARV: $2,000); and
- Dinner for two at a Milan restaurant of Sponsor’s choice ($495).
- Maximum ARV of all prizes: $4,995.
NOTES: Travel must take place between November 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015; blackout dates will apply: October 13, November 27 and December 21-31, 2014; January 1 and 19-25, February 14-16, 2015.
Actual ARV depends on the winner’s point of departure and fares at time of booking. If actual prize value turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Blackout dates, advance booking and restrictions will apply. Winner must follow all instructions and/or security procedures imposed by the Sponsor, and/or Event personnel. Travel must be redeemed by 12/31/14 and/or on dates specified by the Sponsor. Winner is responsible for carrying proper legal identification during travel. If a Grand Prize winner cannot travel or attend the Event after all travel arrangements have been made, then the Sponsor will have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner.
Winner Selection and Notification: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted within 7 days after the Sweepstakes end date on or about 9/29/14 by a representative from the Sponsor (“judges”) whose decisions are final. Potential winner will be notified via email.
