Monthly prizes include 4-day/3-night trips including a round of golf for winner + guest. Entries for current monthly contest are due by July 31 11:59:59PM EST
2014 United Airlines Golf Destination
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of Sweepstakes entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of United Airlines, Inc.
(“Sponsor”), any of Sponsor’s respective subsidiaries; media partners; printers; advertising and promotion agencies; each Tournament Players Club; their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (“Sweepstakes Entities”); and their immediate family members (including spouse, mother, father, sister, brother and children and spouse of any of the foregoing) and those living in the same household of each (people who have shared the same residence at least three months over a period of one year prior to the start of the Sweepstakes Period) are not eligible to participate or win.
Entering: During each Monthly Sweepstakes Period, there are four (4) methods for eligible participants to earn Sweepstakes entries (each, an “Entry”):
A: Sweepstakes Registration (1 Entry/Monthly Sweepstakes Period): Visit www.united.com/golf (“Website”) using a computer or internet-enabled mobile device and accurately complete and submit the registration form including your full name, address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address, phone number and click the “submit” button
B: MileagePlus Number (1 Entry/Monthly Sweepstakes Period): Submit your valid MileagePlus member number during your Sweepstakes Registration to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
C: Golf Round Booking (3 Entries/Monthly Sweepstakes Period): Book a round of golf (i) by visiting www.tpc.com/united (“TPC Site”) at a participating Tournament Players Club (“TPC”) network course, (ii) log in using your MileagePlus number via the MileagePlus Connect, (iii) select a participating TPC network course (Resort Club or Private Club), (iv) submit a starting time request, (v) pay the required deposit/reservation fee (costs vary per course) and receive three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries
D: Mail-in (3 Entries/Monthly Sweepstakes Period): To receive three (3) additional entries without purchase, send a 3" x 5" card with your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address and age along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents need not include return postage) to: 2014 United Airlines Golf Destination Promotion, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Mail-in entries must be original and handwritten. Each request must be mailed separately in a postage-paid envelope, postmarked by the end date of a Monthly Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) working days from that end date (“Mail-in Period”).
