HAWAIIAN AIRLINES “Be In Beijing” Sweepstakes
Eligibility: Hawaiian Airlines #BeInBeijing Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
How To Enter: There are multiple ways to enter this Promotion:
Enter by uploading or posting a photo:
Enter through Facebook: During the Promotion Period, you can enter through the Be In Beijing tab on the Hawaiian Airlines Facebook page at www.facebook.com/HawaiianAirlines. Follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including your name and valid email address. Take a photo that reenacts one of the photos from the Facebook gallery that displays an iconic aspect of Beijing living. You do not need to use costumes, make-up, or create any special scenery in your photo. Upload your photo and you automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and the Grand Prize drawing.
Enter through Instagram or Twitter: Follow Hawaiian Airlines on Twitter or Instagram (whichever medium you use to enter). Take a photo that reenacts one of the photos from the Facebook gallery that displays an iconic aspect of Beijing living. You do not need to use costumes, make-up, or create any special scenery in your photo. Post your photo on Twitter or Instagram and include the hashtag #BeInBeijing. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and the Grand Prize drawing. Your Twitter or Instagram accounts must be "public" to allow for Sponsor to view your Tweet or post and include it in the Sweepstakes or contact you if you are a winner. Message and Data Rates may apply when posting photos on Twitter or Instagram using a mobile device. Photos uploaded to Facebook or posted on Instagram or Twitter may not be indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, or libelous or contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, or disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes, or contain material that it finds unlawful, or in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any photos from its Facebook page that it finds unlawful, or in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor will disqualify entrants from the Sweepstakes where the photo posted on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter is in violation of these Official Rules.
Enter by Mail: Hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

You will receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing (based on date of receipt) and the Grand Prize drawing. Mail-in entries received after the Grand Prize drawing date will not be included in the Sweepstakes.
One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be received by April 30, 2014 to be included in a drawing. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
Entry Limit: You may enter one (1) time per Weekly Entry Period during the Promotion Period by any of the entry methods listed. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address, Facebook account, Twitter or Instagram account (collectively referred to as "Accounts"). Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.
Prizes:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 120,000 Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles. Sponsor will deposit the miles directly into winners HawaiianMiles account. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.
THREE (3) WEEKLY PRIZES (awarded one (1) each Weekly Entry Period): 40,000 Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles. Sponsor will deposit the miles directly into winners HawaiianMiles account. ARV: $400.
Winner Selection and Notification: Administrator will randomly select the potential Weekly Entry Period winners from all eligible entries received during each applicable Weekly Entry Period, on or around the dates listed in the timing chart above in Section 3 of the rules. Entries received for a Weekly Entry Period will not be included in subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawings. Administrator will select the potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period on or around April 30, 2014. The potential winners will be notified by email (for Facebook or mail in entries) or by direct message through their Twitter or Instragram accounts on or around the dates selected with instructions on how to claim their prize. All potential Winner must establish a free Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles account if he or she does not already have such an account to receive their prize.
