GUITAR CENTER "Once Musical Experience - NYC" Sweepstakes

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of three (3) ways:

1) In-store Entry: Completely fill out an official entry form found at any participating Guitar Center location and deposit it in the designated in-store entry box provided during the Sweepstakes Period;

2) Online Entry: Go to www.guitarcenter.com and completely fill out the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period; or

3) Mail-In Entry: Obtain and completely fill out an official entry form found at all participating Guitar Center locations or legibly hand-print your first and last name, address (including zip code), age, and day and evening phone numbers on a 3" x 5" card and then mail the completed entry form or the card in a stamped envelope to:

Entry Limit: One entry per person ("Entrant"), regardless of means of entry used.

- All mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 30, 2013 and received no later than October 5, 2013.
- On-line entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2013.
- In-Store entries must be received by close of business on September 30, 2013.
- Any mail-in or in-store entry that is illegible, incomplete, late or does not carry proper postage will be disqualified.
- One entry per envelope. If more than one entry is submitted, only the first such entry submitted will be accepted.
- Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other methods will void all of that participant's entries.
- No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.

Grand Prize (1): Winner will receive a trip for two (2) (the Winner and one eligible Guest) to New York City, NY (the "Trip"), which includes two (2) tickets to see the Broadway Musical "Once" (the "Musical"). The Trip includes:

- Coach airfare (from a major hub within the continental United States);
- Hotel (2 days/1 nights/double occupancy) and local transportation to the Musical. (ARV of the Trip: $1,700)

- One (1) Martin D-28 Acoustic Guitar (ARV: $2,400)

- A special Meet & Greet Session with the cast at the destination chosen by the Sponsor. (There is no value associated with the meet and greet, the cast of Once and meet and greet is subject to artist's availability).
- One (1) Official Once Musical Merch Pack (ARV: $60)
- Total ARV of Grand Prize: $4,160

Winner Selection & Notification: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 9, 2013 by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes ("Potential Winner"). Potential Winner will be notified by telephone, U.S. mail, and/or e-mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry ("Prize Notification")
