Hmm, so this doesn't just have to be if someone got injured or something along those lines, right? Because I recently had a trip to Thailand where a 'friend' turned out to be an absolute psycho - so I'd be happy to submit that nightmare!

They actually seem interested in trips where someone has become injured and had the trip ruined by hospitalization, etc. so they can flog their emergency medevac insurance services.
