When I was living in Paris every two weeks I got my copy of FUSAC - a great classified ads paper for the english speaking community in Paris. They are online too. There are some great classified ads for people looking for an apartment to rent(long term and short term) or language classes or anything.

In case no one else noticed, the famous folks at London Walks have started Paris Walks.
Although they currently have only 6-8 tours, I would definitely give them a try if I was in Paris. Their operation in London is so good, I can't imagine them doing a second rate operation in Paris.
I think the Paris Walks have been going for quite a while, since one of our guides said she had been doing them for 4 years. I took five of them on my recent trip to Paris, and they were very good. There are more than 8, I believe.

This well may not be exactly what you had in mind, but I think this looks quite handy: http://www.paris.org/Metro/
You can find an interactive map of monuments, for example, and perhaps make your own walking tour?
Found this post on usenet (rec.travel.europe). Good dor those who want to hear classical organ music performed on real pipe organs?
ORGAN CONCERTS IN PARIS CHURCHES (see list below)
The photos of the main and historical parisian churches, etc... organs
(some in 3D?) : http://perso.club-internet.fr/klmt/photo/75001.htm , 1 page by
arrondissement, click on the top right arrow "suivant" for the next
ardt:
The full list of all 184 parisian churches, temples, synagogues and
school organs : http://orgue.free.fr/paris.html (in french) http://orgue.free.fr/anglais/index.html (in english) , then click on
the button below "organs" on the left, then on "all the organs of
Paris and organs in France" , then "organs in Paris" : by
arrondissements.
The personal website of M. Chapelet with all french links (the best
IMO) : http://frederic.chapelet.free.fr , then click on "les sites consacrés
à l'orgue" on the left, then "orgue en particulier" (until Paris).
For international websites click instead on "de l'orgue en général",
then "étranger" notably for : http://www.hetorgel.nl/eindex.html (dutch)

(I've asked to the webmaster of the city of Paris official website to
create a special page for a concerts agenda, like for the open air
markets, since most Paris churches are municipal, but he doesn't
care... !).
St Francois Xavier : (doesn't say if there are concerts)
(Cavaillé-Coll) http://www.paroisse-sfx-paris.org/visite.htm then "visite de
l'intérieur", then click on the map on the organs above the church
entrance.
Ok. Updated and added a ton of links. I have to admit I left off many on the organs; I couldn't find English versions of them so that is why. I did add many others though and several others.

This is a great resource.
BTW, I highly recommend the Paris Walks. They are cheap and interesting. Plus, they have a couple of "special walks" each month, so there is always something new.
Paris travelers might like www.iAudioguide.com offering free mp3 audioguides for Paris (50 minutes text, map and 12 attractions covered). Not so budget travellers might look at parisaudioguide.com
iAudiguide also offer London and Barcelona.
