I've forgotten my password to a Flying Blue account (my last FB flight has been a year ago) and after some attempts to get it right or answer the secret question that I couldn't do, either, my account was locked and is still locked after a couple of days. Is there a way to unlock it?
For me the only way was Facebook support. Regular Cust Sup simply didn't understand what I want from them. Facebook team solved problem within hours...
Have to agree that the KLM team on FB is very helpfull. Things the office cannot do, they can - for instance assign a seat on European flights before check-in.
