Membership cards are only sent out after 1 or 3 flights (?) have been made. Furthermore as an Ivory member the print out of the card should be fine after which you can change your address back.

I do not think that is a problem. There are more than enough stories of people not receiving their cards or their luggage tags etc. even though their address was correct.
And you can always move after the first flight... Europe is so small after all...
Same here. I live in Netherlands and the offer was: 2K bonus Miles for first 4 flights in that period, 3k Miles after that. All you had to do is register by entering your FB number.

Is the promotion still valid? I cant find it on AirFrance/FB page.
I mean can try to enroll with the code ANRI but to be sure...
I signed up for a similar one last year, with first KL flight in about two weeks. After what I have read I wonder whether the bonus miles will actually post.

My first flight is two weeks from now (not from sign up). I had six months from sign up to fly and I will satisfy that restriction. (I was just expressing my cynicism about FF plan delivery, given past experience with other plans.)
Update: Initially the miles did not post, let alone the bonus. Fixed at FB desk in AMS lounge a week after flight. Miles posted in a day, bonus a five days later (without extra intervention). This was before the end of month (see next post).

Reason: Update
So I did enrolled couple of days before my flight with AF in march and I got the bonus 3000miles (Belgium promotion).
But not at the time I got miles for the flight but at the end of the month.
So I guess they give this kind of bonus at the end of the month.
