SBUX Donating $5 to Onward Veterans w/purchase of Card 11-4 to 11-11-14
Many Flyertalkers mention purchasing Starbucks gift cards to give to flight crew members (and many of the cockpit crew are veterans) so I thought this Veterans Day promotions I just saw on the Starbucks website would be of interest:

For every Veterans Starbucks Card purchased November 4 – 11, Starbucks will donate $5 to Onward Veterans*, an initiative to support and empower veterans and their families as they transition to civilian life. Together we can say “thank you”. *Onward Veterans is a donor-advised fund held by the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Learn more at siliconvalleycf.org.
