PANAMA CITY BEACH - best place to eat
Going to Panama City Beach in a few weeks. What the best place to eat that is not super expensive. Jim

What are you looking for?
PCB is not really a bastion of fine dining but there is more than enough there to keep you satisfied
Lots of restaurants in Pier Park
Bit of a zoo during spring break
If you are a student and going for spring break, you can just follow the crowd

During Spring Break, come to Panama City. I've reviewed a dozen places there on Tripadvisor. I say let Tripadvisor be your guide here. I've found the consensus to be reliable. At PCB, I agree that you'll find something at Pier Park. I recommend The Back Porch. Also Finn's in PCB or PC , if you can find it.
