new yrs eve orlando

any suggestions.. ?? didnt want to do theme parks as I think they will be well crowded.... gwen

It may be too early. I haven't seen any announced in the Orlando Sentinel yet.

I agree with Orlando Vic- it's still a bit early for event annoucements. In the past, there's been a big New Year's Eve party downtown and fireworks in some of the cities around Orlando. Not sure what's being planned for this year yet.

And yes, the theme parks will be crowded. I was in Epcot on New Year's Eve several years ago. The park was quite busy, but they did have a good fireworks show at midnight.
