That is generally true for the OW lounge access / points accrual rules, but as he is an AY+ platinum AND flying under AY code, IMHO he should be able to access the lounge. See w/ flights operated by TAP, where ticket is from AY bucket.

Thanks, good to hear! I asked this exactly because of TAP/AF lounges, which allow access to AY elites on AY codeshares...

Not OSL, and I can't remember which other thread we discussed this in, but AY ticket on TP operated flight gave no SN lounge access at BRU, despite an AY sign outside. They said it had to be AY operated flight.
Will probably try again on Monday in LIS at TP lounges.
