Found this in twitter: Pekka Vauramo's strategy thoughts at APEXEXPO on how to create unique Nordic experience. I assume it is "encounters"?
Perhaps an employee on average interacts with 20k customers a year?

And if this is what he is driving at, then I'd say he really knows what he is talking about.
