Still waiting to hear from OP as to what the nightmare was.
Nobody got stranded without food or water on a desert island, the aircraft did not crash and no member of the crew broke a bottle over OP's head.
Yes, lousy décor and poor handling of customer service token (the prepaid card). But, nightmare?

Since 'post-and-runners' usually keeps themselves anonymous I assume she really did feel it was an nightmare. Marketing is a double edged sword - you might create expectations that can't be met.
