Free Seat Selection for Sapphire OWEs

Free Seat Selection for Sapphire OWEs
Hi all,
I've got an upcoming HEL-RIX booking for September, and am British Airways Exec Silver, OW Sapphire. I paid for the booking this afternoon.
Will I be able to select seats for free? Despite entering my FF # during the booking process Manage My Booking wants to charge me 6 Euro each way.
Will the fact it's a FlyBe ATR flight affect this? Have I left the systems enough time to "talk to each other" and log my status correctly?
