I have added a wiki-post at the top, where anyone can add and modify details. I have no idea where to meet and hoping for people to chime in with suggestions and decisions.
As I said before, I will not reach HEL downtown before 2300, which shouldn't be a hindrance for others to join in at an earlier hour. However, you should all wear a FT-logo so I can identify you ;-)

Are you staying at the Cavalieri? Did you like it?

Yes, and YES. With the caveat that this is not a very good place to explore the sights of Rome. But on this trip we first had three nights in the center of Rome, then a week in Tuscany with three other families and now the final two nights are devoted just to lazily hanging around the pool and in the Imperial Club. Plus the aforementioned food orgy in La Pergola.

Good! I stayed at Cavalieri a few years ago for 1 nt and was a bit disappointed - didn't research the location enough. And while the inside public area and pool areas are lovely, the building itself was a bit of a disappointment, too. Sadly, I thought La Pergola was closed in August, so had my wine-induced food fiesta elsewhere

Now back to the original question - any restaurant in mind for the Hki meetup?

Not yet, most likely something close to intuition's hotel in the center or maybe in Töölö (if in Scandic). There are plenty of options.
