Suite Upgrade = Jr. Suite?
Hello All - hoping you can help. I have stayed at the Fairmont Southampton a lot and, in the past, when using a suite upgrade I have always been upgraded to a full suite. I have a booking made and the confirmation that came through has Jr Suite on it.
Am I mistaken or should I be entitled to a Suite and not a Jr. Suite? Thanks in advance.

IME the Jr. Suite has been the standard upgrade at the Fairmont Southampton for several years now, so I'm surprised you've been successful in getting a one-bedroom suite recently.

Just an update, I did get the regular 1 bedroom suite on my last stay. For my coming Christmas stay, it is limited to a junior suite as they are closing an entire wing for renovations over the winter.
