2. At the immigration counter, they now scan my boarding pass as well as my passport....anybody else have this?

In August, I took a flight with Turkish Airlines CDG-IST-BEY and they lost my luggage, I called the next day to the airport and they found it.

The worst thing is on the return flight, BEY-IST-CDG, they also lost my luggage and till now they did not find it. After three months of phone calls, i received an email that i will be compensated with 260€. It is not even the amount of my ticket which i paid 600€.

All that i get is the loss of my luggage and a list of phone numbers every time i am being transferred to.

What can i do in that case? How they estimate the amount of the compensation?
