It's really quite nice and easy to get to via the St. Charles streetcar. Get off at the corner of Oak St. & Carrollton Ave. (streetcar stop #46). There will be great food and great music.

Very genteel southern; calming...props to MEM for utilizing some local flavor for their announcements.

Later, I heard what sounded like the same voice, except this time he was doing final boarding calls for flights. It seemed like the regular gate agents would do the regular boarding announcements, then turn it over to him for the final boarding call. At first I thought it was again just a pre-recorded announcement, but later I heard the same voice doing gate change announcements, making me think that somewhere in the administrative offices of MEM is a gentleman whose sole job is to make concourse-wide announcements.

Does anyone know the scoop on this? I have family coming in tonight that I was supposed to pick up, but I'm stuck and can't make it. I was going to reserve an Execucar ride.

Since I have no experience with any other services, does anyone have any other recommendations for a good service with good value?
