Interesting that in his Alaska Airlines section he doesn't disclose any of his tricks:

If he were legit, he would have had a member of national media follow him along on his alleged trip. But i guess at this point he wants to be a blogger of the basics. Not a good time to break intro the field, miles will be somewhat worthless in the next few years

Well maybe BA will accept him as a blogger for them.

More that it is really difficult, if not impossible, to get on the best CC affiliate lists (read: Chase). The amount of business they want driven to them for new customers is only met by a few of the largest bloggers, and knowing the Chase requirements I'd almost be surprised if even TPG/MMS/VFTW are pulling in the numbers needed if their deals were starting now. If they were, they'd be making truly absurd amounts of money, but the Chase crackdown on inquiries tells me that the conversion rates must be way down even amongst the blog readers because they just aren't approving at the rates necessary.

Of course, because now Emirates is nearly twice as much with Alaska miles .
Also, yawn, nothing special there. I flew EY Apartment, wasn't so gauche as to ask for permission to see "The Residence" then play it off like I had somehow pulled one over on EY despite that they specifically allowed it.

Gary Leff also took a tour and in flight. Looks like Etihad PR was trying to drum up some interest.
