That's just absurd.

And they haven't got it fixed yet. Best to stay away from BA.

There are adult websites with fewer malware issues than BA right now.

I've only gotten one in the last week. I was getting several a day before. I think it's mostly fixed. Not completely, but mostly.

A number of bad ad codes have been isolated and purged. As you note, not ready to declare victory yet, but getting much, much better.

Is this fixed yet? I just realized I haven't looked at a BA blog in over a week.

I haven't gotten any malware pop-ups in the last couple of days or so, and certainly none on the two most trafficked blogs -- you know which ones -- in the last several days. So I'm cautiously optimistic.

Thanks. I guess I'll dip my toe back in the water. Some of the headlines I've seen on the face book have just been SO enticing!!!

FWIW, I believe this issue is now resolved, at least for the time being. A number of processes were changed and some real troubleshooting was finally performed, identifying bad ads and bad systems. I'm comfortable enough with the changes that I've put the Boarding Area ads back on my site. No guarantees, obviously, but I am comfortable again.

Just got a malware popup ad at BA. Had to close with Alt-F4.

Thanks, and so now I know what happened a few minutes ago when the malware blocker on the computer I'm using froze everything; I had to force-close with Task Manager.

So it's back?

Get the ....... and Ghostery extention so all pop ups are blocked and all trackers are disabled. No more targeted ads either.

This issue is NOT yet fixed. Just got the malware popup when I clicked through on one of OMAAT's stories and another an hour ago when I clicked through on a VFTW story.

I've experienced this a few times in the past couple weeks on their blogs. I'm assuming that if I just close my browser with Task Manager I'm safe from any virus? I've run a couple anti-malware programs on my computer and they haven't found anything.

Obviously, this is an enormous problem for BoardingArea. Completely unacceptable. I look at a lot of websites, and this simply doesn't happen at other respectable sites.
